Today is a very special day….I almost forgot…… it’s Dash’s 7th birthday!
He’s always been a sweetheart…even from the get go.
I got him when he was three months old….I have lost all those pictures…darn computer glitches!
He provides me with smiles.
‘Ahhhh’ moments.
Who can resist this look…yes, he is spoiled!
He is always in protecting mode.
And, yes, he is even published…he has done his share of blog posts. Maybe I will run one for you tomorrow.
And he is just a little famous, he has appeared in the Spokesman Review newspaper!
I got Dash about the time my Dad died of Alzheimer's, knowing that a little pet might have eased his days here on earth. I wanted a champion for my older years…I have never regreted a minute of it…as a matter of fact, I don’t know why I waited so long.

Do you hear that a lot or am I the only one that thinks that? I love the picture in the paper! That's adorable! I didn't know you made bags....no wonder your handle is "bag lady" duh!
