Wild Country

prosser 016

I got to visit the wild west this weekend….I took a two hour drive down to Prosser, WA to visit some of my dear friends; Sisters on the Fly and some Maryjane Farmgirls.  It was a wonderful break.  It snowed lightly on Saturday morning, before I left…just a skiff but as I went South, it warmed up and the sun even came out.

We just did a bit of thrifting, lots of gabbing and even some future vintage trailer, camping trip…planning.  I have already scheduled three trips for next spring and summer!  Yeah!

The donkey above is my friend, Linda’s cutie pie.  He is going to be in a local TV commercial soon.  A real live movie star!

  1. Ahhhhh, this sweet trip sounds like a real spirit lifter.

We have 2 donkeys that live behind us......they're a neat animal.

    Have a great week.

  2. He is a cutie pie. A donkey is the only thing left on my animal wish list...but I especially love the minis!! Glad you got away and had some fun!

  3. A trip with grabbing and thrift shopping does any girls heart good. How exciting about your spring camping trips. I hope to someday join Sisters on the Fly. I'm still kicking myself for selling my 1966 trailer. Dumb move! Oh I still have a trailer but just not a gem! My eyes are on the lookout though! Love that donkeys, hum wonder if the city would mine one in my backyard, probably not! Hugs!!
