Passing it On..

I am in a very funky place...apparently my body has decided I need to do some work on a past trauma.  And when the body screams, you KNOW it!  I have been fighting it ‘tooth and nail’ for a long time.  That’s so exhausting!  I have literally run down my body….just trying to keep my head above water, has become a full time job.  Keeping a stiff upper lip just doesn’t work, anymore.  IMAGINE THAT!

The body is amazing; it talks to you in subtle little ways, some times it shouts, and other times it just gives up trying to get your attention, for months, even years at a time.  But the day of reckoning finally comes.  And it’s a doozie!  Do or die!  Listen to me, hold my hand….heal me!

NOT LISTENING…too high a price to pay.

I saw something this morning over at Inspired By Charm…something I really needed to hear today.  I wanted to share it with you, because…

Stop on over and see Michael…..he has a wonderful video to share, it made my day!  THANKS, MICHAEL!

  1. You are beautiful every day ... and don't forget it!!!

  2. Well, I think you need a hug! I will just hop a flight and come on over and hug you....better yet, you come here and I will treat you to a day at the Spa!!!! Hope you are feeling back to your old self soon....and BTW... I think you look great!

    Hugs, friend...

  3. You take care of yourself....

  4. The body does have a way of letting us know when it needs some TLC. So take some time to do that for youself. I pray there is noting major going on with you and its just telling you to slow down.

    I think you look marvelous.

  5. Oh're always the sweetest and most supportive friend...and beautiful too!!!
Please take care of yourself and do whatever needs to be done to take care of Karen.
    Hugs and Love,

  6. Karen, though I have never met you in person I just know it must have been a harm done to you..not the other way around...something that in no way you could have deserved it....think about it one more time and then let it are comes through on your blog...p.s. I want some of those you are beautiful cards...pass it on!

  7. Howdy! I just started to view your blog and have found it refreshing as well as warm and friendly. The body does amazing things when it is under stress and change. I was a victim of Domestic Violence for over 20 years when towards the end of my marriage (before I left) my hair was falling out, I stopped relieving myself (#2 sorry to be gross) for over 2 months, my stomach hurt, was dizzy and more! I have began to heal and it is still a challenge for me and my children being safe and reminding myself that I am worthy of love and I am beautiful, I have also came a LONG WAY in just over 2 years. Thank you for reminding me and inspiring my soul this early morning!
