Finally

bath door 004 (480x640)

After spending several years trying to find a windowed door for my bathroom, I finally just removed the office door and hung it in the bath.  I just love it.

I just hated the old ugly door…I mean does this suit a 109 year old house?  NOT.

And yes, I did something to cover the windows….some transparent contact paper.  Instant privacy door.  Happy Camper here…oh, and speaking of camping, Karen’s Kamp is coming soon.  September 11-12th will see twelve vintage trailers camping at my place here, in Cheney, WA.  Can’t wait, I haven’t been out for seven weeks (too much heat and smoke), so I am going to have a great time meeting up with some Sisters on the Fly.

  2. I too hate the plain doors. Furthermore, what a great idea to use the contact paper! Thank you for sharing.

    1. I am doing much better....just a matter of pacing myself sometimes. Another big test coming up in two weeks...ugh. But I will be fine.

  5. What a great idea to move your door and a very clever way to add privacy too. Your camping adventure sounds like SO much fun, and you have the added bonus of not having to buy gas. Enjoy!!!!
