No, my new Grand Daughter is not here yet (due in about 6 weeks)! But I am over the moon happy with my new baby……2006 Bigfoot 17.5’.
Yes, that is the fridge! It is huge and I am going to love it. The couch will be my permanent bed, as it pulls out up to the fridge wall. Look at all those cupboards.
I am going to love being able to keep food frozen to use on long trips.
A good amount of counter space.
A bath with shower. Look how they cover the TP so it doesn’t get wet.
Two skylight Fantastic Fans and lots of seating and storage up front and it all looks just like new. This trailer was loved. As I do.
That is fantastic! So happy for you, you will have so much fun with your new ride. Happy Trails to you!!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE it!!! I can't wait to see the journeys this baby makes with you!! Congratulations!!
ReplyDeleteWow, Karen. That is a beauty and there is SO much room in it! I like the way the bed works back there and comes out to the fridge. What a great use of space. LOVE it and I am glad you were able to get it! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteLooks great! I'm sure you'll add a little 'character' to it. Also, will you name it? When's your first trip? Wow, I'm like a 5 year old with all these questions, ain't I? :)
ReplyDeleteI am getting her filled up day by day but really haven't gotten any ideas other than wanting to do it in neutrals. Yes, trying to find a name but having trouble with that. It should all come to me but will take some time. I am already thinking I want to cover up those cushions.....with something else.
DeleteWow, I love it. All those nice modern things. And....not too large to boot!
ReplyDeleteYes, it is the perfect size, plenty of room and yet small enough to haul.
DeleteIt's gorgeous Karen! You are a lucky lady. It has more amenities than those little homes that are all the rage these days. Enjoy ! happy for you.
ReplyDeleteThat is my fantasy BF layout and size!!! Big Foots always seem so light and airy. And funny thing on Saturday outside of The Dalles eastbound on I-84 I saw one and pointed it out to my friends (before I read that you picked yours up). I can't remember what the tug was so don't know if it was yours. Color me green with envy. Enjoy!!!
ReplyDeleteThat is just too weird because one almost never sees them on the road. We went down on Sunday and as we were headed to Hood River (close) we saw a Bigfoot camper...I thought it was a good omen and it was. The one you saw must have been another one as we made the trip in one day.
DeleteThis is wonderful.(I actually thought it was brand new!) you give out such great vibes when showing ? yes you must soon have a name, does not seem right to say 'it' I am really happy for you...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! A home away from home! I hope it gives you many years of fun adventures!
ReplyDeleteOh Karen, you're going to have so much fun with your new baby! I can't believe all the space...so much to play with.
ReplyDeleteI love this! Just the right size!
ReplyDeleteSo happy to hear you are OK. I'd been checking back on a monthly basis and even signed up again to your bloge feeds in case that was the problem!!! I love your Bigfoot, got to tour a couple May 2015 at the Maryhill Fiberglass gathering. They were my favorite. We have our first grandbaby (boy) due November 5. We are SOOOOOO excited!
