This is a seasonal culvert and that is a LOT of runoff! It has been raining for two days. We usually get snow and not rain this time of year. It has been so much warmer than usual this last week. However, I notice that it is to be very cold again starting tonight so maybe we will get some snow afterall. I have seen the water all the way up to the trees but it has been many years. From the trees on it is down hill to the house, so if it gets there again...
