Smart Tips Tuesday

Sometimes it’s easy to repurpose an item. Some elbow grease and some spray paint goes a long way to making it look almost new again.blog 011

Some sanding and dismantle is needed before painting.

I paid $14 for the wood horse at a thrift store and spent less than $4 for a can of black spray paint. I had the rest of the paint and the trim. And the best part…..I think my Grandson, Grayson, will love it.

Maybe, you can spot a 'bargain' at a garage sale or thrift and turn it into something special for someone you know. At least, you can have some fun looking! Now that I am finished with that, I do believe the thrift store is calling my name....see you soon with some more treasures.
