    Cute post! I love coffee and enjoy the caffiene HIGH but try not to be addicted because I HATE the headache you get when there is no caffiene available. And the grouchy feeling that goes with it.

  10. wow that was really interesting, I never knew the bean was red. I don't drink coffee but I do drink tea which has a lot of caffeine too. Now I just read today where wine has an absolute positive effect on making you gain more energy, but it has to be less than 8 oz and red wine..hmmmm..will have to post on that...great post Debb
