She’s Home

                 ms d 014

‘Driving Ms. Daisy’ came home today, pulled by my new rig, a Toyota Highlander and it was a dream haul.  I can turn sharply and my rig doesn’t hit the trailer (lots of dents on the upper front-not done by me but when I hauled this with my pickup, I had to watch very carefully).  And I loved the better visibility with this rig.  I am a happy camper!  I am so glad she is home, I really missed her.

I am joining some other Sisters on the Fly, for a meet and greet at Cabela’s on Saturday, at Post Falls, Idaho, so I will be doing some ‘fix it jobs’ on Ms. Daisy, this week.  I’ll be sure and post photos of the other vintage trailers on display, for you.  Come out and join us if you can, we’ll be there from 9 am to 4 pm.

  1. I am so happy for you. The trailer I was going to buy and still may have a leak in the roof somewhere. The owner, Who is a hoarder has it packed with stuff so I cant get a great look at the inside. For 500 I think she may still be worth it. Congratulations on the new truck. Dawn. Suitcase vignettes xo

That is just so darn cute. Almost as cute as that white puppy with the blue bow. Your right at our age just the smallest things make us happy.

  5. How exciting that she finally made it home. Look at all the fun you will have this week putting her all back together in her finest! You girls have fun next weekend at Cabela's! Little too far for me so you need to have double fun. I will be watching for pictures. I'm off to work in the yard, have a great day!
